Only what you send us: name, contact details, travel preferences, and the exchanges needed to organise your charter. For KYC, the identity documents required by law.
Purposes
To compose your itineraries, prepare and follow your charter, answer your requests, and meet our legal obligations. Nothing more.
Legal basis
The performance of our services, your consent when you write to us, and our legal obligations, notably KYC verification and anti-money-laundering.
Sharing
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the parties strictly necessary to your charter, captain, crew, central agent, and always with respect for confidentiality.
Retention
Your data is kept for the duration of our relationship, then only for the period required by law, before being deleted.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability. Write to us at legal@arianeyachting.com; we reply within thirty days.
